What inspired you to work in the hair industry, and how did your journey start?
I’ve always loved the beauty industry and being around people. I started out wanting to be in a creative environment, and quickly fell in love with the salon atmosphere and the energy of it all.
What’s your favourite part of the job?
Definitely interacting with clients and the team, creating content, and seeing those before & after transformations – it’s so satisfying capturing the end result and showing off the team’s work.
What’s your favourite hair trend right now?
I’m loving glossy, healthy-looking hair and soft, natural colours – it always looks so effortless.
What do you want clients to feel when they walk into the salon?
Comfortable, relaxed and excited! I want everyone to feel like they can switch off and enjoy a bit of “me time.”
What do you love about being part of the Onje Hair team?
The girls (and Kyle)! The environment is so supportive and positive, it honestly makes coming to work so enjoyable every day.
What’s something fun or unique about you?
I can’t stop taking photos of everything — my camera roll is basically 90% salon content.
